This is a blog for the J70 Print Media Editing course at Drake University, taught by Jill Van Wyke.
We’ll use this blog through the fall 2008 semester to discuss assigned readings, examine the role of good editors in today’s media-intensive world, and explore current issues in journalism. Students in the class will be asked to post regularly. We also invite anybody else who’s interested in good writing and editing to join our discussion: Drake j-school alumni; professional reporters, writers and editors; students and faculty at other universities; and anybody else who can contribute to our learning.
